Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Project Execution:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities for architectural, interior fit-out, and workspace projects.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Coordinate daily site operations to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address site challenges and delays.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination:

• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Verify completed work before approval and payment recommendations.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and construction issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all installations and finishes meet the company’s quality expectations and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Building Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in:
• Site Management
• Interior Fit-Out Projects
• Workspace and Office Fit-Out Projects
• Construction Supervision
• Project Site Coordination
• Experience managing commercial and workplace interior projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, interior finishes, and site operations.
• Must reside in Lagos.
