Responsibilities:
- Time-Boxed Scheduling: Create and manage a strict, zero-lag project schedule. Enforce hard deadlines for deliverables across all workstreams to ensure the 3-month timeline is respected.
- Execution Governance: Lead daily stand-ups and weekly executive checkpoints. Drive the project using a hybrid waterfall/agile model, ensuring immediate resolution of blockers.
- Vendor Management: Manage the specialized implementation subcontractor (CURA) to ensure technical configurations, scripts, and platform setups are delivered exactly when scheduled.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of accountability for the client, synchronizing inputs from Risk, Audit, and IT departments to prevent delays.
- Risk & Change Control: Maintain a continuous RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and strictly manage the "Change Control" process to prevent scope creep.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years in IT Project Management, with specific experience in Software Implementation, GRC, or ERP rollouts.
- Location: Currently located in Ghana or Nigeria (Ghana candidates preferred for easier site access).
- Methodology: PMP or PRINCE2 certification required. Proven ability to manage time-boxed, aggressive schedules.
- Soft Skills: Strong "Driver" personality; able to hold technical teams and clients accountable to agreed-upon dates without damaging relationships.
