Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Prepare comprehensive project schedules, plans, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing disciplines throughout all project phases.
• Organize and lead both internal coordination meetings and client/consultant meetings.

Execution & Monitoring:

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and design documentation.
• Verify compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Deliver consistent progress updates, risk evaluations, and action plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure clear expectations and satisfaction.

Quality Assurance & Safety:

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures to achieve top-quality work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
• Perform site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Budgeting & Documentation:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and control expenditures.
• Oversee procurement processes, material follow-ups, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records, reports, logs, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage teams, and perform under pressure.
