Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex engineering projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Technical Oversight: Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure all technical work complies with relevant codes (ASME, ISO, etc.) and quality standards.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures, approve project-related purchases, and provide regular financial forecasts and reports.
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM). Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments. Facilitate technical meetings and provide progress updates to executive leadership.
• Risk & Quality Assurance: Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process and ensure all site activities meet safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role, with a minimum of 2 years in a project leadership or management capacity.
  
• Expertise in Project Management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet). Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit).
• Understanding of Six Sigma principles.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) credential preferred.Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant advantage.
  
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical conflicts.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
