Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead, plan, and execute engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost targets are met.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, procurement, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Risk Management: Identify potential technical and commercial risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource deployment across multiple project phases
Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables comply with industry standards, technical specifications, and internal safety regulations.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership, providing regular progress reports and updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). A Master’s degree is a plus.
3-5 years of proven experience in project management within an engineering, construction, or technical environment.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read technical drawings, understand engineering specifications, and communicate effectively with highly technical teams.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, guide, and resolve conflicts within multidisciplinary teams.
Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Asana).
