Job Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: ₦750,000 – ₦1,000,000 Monthly (depending on experience)
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate must be a Senior Engineer, Builder or QS with strong experience in hands on construction supervision. The candidate must be able to and issue out well detailed reports fit for internal and external client review schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end project execution for real estate development projects.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
3. Review and monitor project budgets, BOQs, procurement, and be skilled in cost management.
4. Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and compliance.
6. Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
7. Oversee material procurement, subcontractor supervision, and contract administration.
8. Identify project risks and resolve issues promptly.
9. Ensure compliance with building codes, construction standards, and company policies.
10. Supervise and coordinate site teams and promote smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience, with proven work as a Senior Engineer in building projects.
Solid knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/projects efficiently.
Professional certifications are added advantages.
