Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a detailed Work Breakdown  Structure (WBS) with task dependencies, critical path analysis, and resource leveling.
• Establish and enforce baseline management for scope, schedule, and cost; strictly manage variances through formal change control processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for team conflicts, shift scheduling issues, or equipment failures.
• Manage onsite resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, materials, and shared facilities to prevent under-utilization or over-evaluation.
• Map and monitor all internal and external discrepancies; run weekly dependency alignment meetings with adjacent project leads.
  Maintain a live Risk Register with quantitative (probability/impact) and qualitative scoring; update mitigation triggers weekly.
• Review and approve onsite purchase requisitions, vendor invoices, and expense reports against project budget codes.
• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timeline.
• Define acceptance criteria, inspection checkpoints, and testing/validation procedures.
• Physically inspect work areas to verify safety, quality, and schedule adherence; issue real-time corrective instructions.
• Coordinate with facilities management for workspace contingencies (power outages, internet disruptions, emergency response).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s or PMP/PRINCE 2 is an added advantage).
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
