Job summary
Our client is hiring a Programs Manager to lead the development and execution of year-round programs and the flagship event, Lagos Leather Fair 2026. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in event planning, partnerships, and project management.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage LLF2025 and other programs throughout the year
- Secure and maintain sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
- Lead budgeting, logistics, and stakeholder coordination
- Supervise a small team and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with marketing for program promotion
- Conduct post-program reviews to inform future implementations.
- Lead regular status meetings, risk reviews, and stakeholder updates to ensure project alignment and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in event/program management
- Proven success with sponsorships and large-scale events
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Based in Ibadan/Lagos and able to work remotely with a flexible schedule
