Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of project execution.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise project teams and assign tasks effectively.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare project documentation and reports for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15-25 years’ experience in project management, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or relevant certification is an added advantage.
