Our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking a results-driven Engineering Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to completion
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations
- Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- 2 years of project management experience within an engineering or construction environment
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale engineering projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and project delivery processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and scheduling
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
