Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to completion
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations
Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
2 years of project management experience within an engineering or construction environment
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale engineering projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Solid understanding of engineering principles and project delivery processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or similar)
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and scheduling
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
