Job title- : Project Manager – Digital Demand Generation (E-commerce)
The Project Manager – Digital Demand Generation will lead end-to-end digital sales initiatives to accelerate e-commerce revenue through AI-driven customer engagement and data-led execution. The role focuses on building demand-generation strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and deploying automated, predictive, and personalized interventions using tools such as CleverTap, Insider, AI bot calling, and in-house AI engines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation & Digital Sales
Develop and execute digital demand-generation strategies to drive CMV and sales. Build customer journeys using segmentation, predictive models, and automated nudges. Deploy AI-driven triggers (Agentic AI calls/chats, WhatsApp automation, product recommendations) using platforms like CleverTap, Insider, and in-house AI tools.
2. AI & Automation
Identify and implement AI/LLM/RAG solutions to automate customer communication and boost conversions. Collaborate with AI Engineers to create predictive recommendations, intelligent nudges, personalized reminders, and reactivation journeys.
3. Customer Analytics
Use dashboards, SQL, and Python to analyze customer behavior, identify drop-offs, optimize CTR/CVR/retention, and manage cohorts and lifecycle segmentation. Track ROI on all campaigns and interventions.
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in SQL and Python (prediction, churn, recommendation, clustering). Experience with engagement platforms (CleverTap, Insider, MoEngage, WebEngage). Understanding of API-based AI integrations for bot calling, chatbots, and LLM/RAG workflows.
Required Qualification
5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital growth, CRM, or AI-led engagement. Strong track record managing cross-functional projects, translating customer insights into actionable digital strategies, and driving funnel performance. Highly analytical with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
