Job Summary
Lassod Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of all our technology-related projects and products. You will assist in organising sprints, tracking tasks, supporting documentation, and collaborating with various team members to ensure product features are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality expectations. You’ll gain exposure working on platforms like PurpleDove ERP, Oyoyo Events App, and other SaaS-based innovations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Project Support & Coordination:
- Assist in planning and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and team tasks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning meetings.
- Track progress and ensure timely updates from cross-functional team members.
- Escalate risks or blockers to senior project leadership when needed.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain updated project trackers, task boards, and progress logs.
- Ensure effective communication across teams using tools like Slack, Trello, or ClickUp.
Quality & Delivery Monitoring
- Coordinate with the QA team to log issues and verify test completion.
- Support the tracking of bugs, feedback, and iterations.
- Help enforce checklists and review steps before feature delivery.
Team Collaboration:
- Organise team feedback and retrospective notes into actionable summaries.
- Maintain transparency and encourage ownership of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant project coordination or management experience in a tech environment.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum workflows.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using PM tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc).
- Added advantage will include certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management
