Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager/Executive Assistant who will play a dual role, providing structure and oversight of agency projects, as well as offering direct support to the Founder. The role is highly creative and dynamic, requiring someone who can ideate, curate programmes, and drive events while ensuring projects are executed from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be young, vibrant, creative, organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about events, with strong communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate fresh, creative concepts for events, programs, and campaigns, and translate ideas into actionable project plans.
- Ensure all projects (personal to the founder or team-led) are seen through to completion, with deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards met.
- Curate, plan, and support engaging events, activations, and programs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Developed structured work plans, workflows, and schedules for projects, ensuring team members are aligned and tasks are tracked.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Founder, including calendar management, meeting preparation, task follow-ups, and schedule organization.
- Partner with the creative team to refine ideas, brainstorm innovative solutions, and integrate design, content, and strategy into project outcomes.
- Act as point of contact with vendors, partners, and collaborators, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and timely delivery.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, highlight risks or delays, and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Use productivity and project management apps to improve efficiency, track deliverables, and maintain team accountability.
- Promote a vibrant, creative, and collaborative work culture by supporting innovation, motivating colleagues, and maintaining structured workflows.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business, Mass Communication, Project Management, or related fields.
- Certification in project management or event management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in project coordination, management, events, or executive support.
- Background in creative, media, or agency environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to ideate and think strategically while ensuring practical execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with creative workflows, event planning, and branding projects.
- Knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
Work Mode: Full-time (Hybrid)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
