Job summary
We are seeking a professional Project Manager to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance and success of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver results that exceed service-level agreements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary, and ensure timely completion.
- Planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of all design and construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with the design team, operations, and other contractors to ensure all project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Select and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
- Manage conflicts and resolve disputes.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
- Provide project updates and progress reports, and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, building codes, and company policies.
- Manage project documentation, records, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in implementing best practices and standardized procedures to streamline project workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Train and supervise team members, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide regular status reports to Management and clients.
- Send the monthly project report to Management.
- Carry out any other duty as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in the architectural or construction industry is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), COREN, H.S E Certification or equivalent are preferred.
- A master's Degree is an added advantage
- Strong project management skills (scheduling, budgeting, risk management).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with construction management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise and train team members.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements.
- A proactive problem solver who can anticipate and address challenges before they escalate.

- Budget management and financial literacy are a plus
- Proven experience in client service or account management roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Having an understanding of architectural design and experience in the construction industry is a plus
