Job summary
To provide leadership, planning, coordination, execution, monitoring and control of assigned infrastructure development, engineering, construction and oil & gas projects from initiation through close-out. The Project Manager is the single point of accountability for project delivery and is responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered safely,

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Schedule Control: Define project scope, deliverables, and execution strategies, while actively managing timelines, milestones, and critical path activities to guarantee on-time completion.
- Financial, Resource & Risk Management: Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability, while identifying risks and implementing proactive mitigation plans.
- Team, Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants while maintaining transparent communication and reporting with clients and executive leadership.
- Quality & HSE Compliance: Enforce strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes alongside Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards to ensure full regulatory, contractual, and safety compliance.
- Document Control & Project Close-Out: Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable project documentation—including change orders, approvals, progress reports, and final handovers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant project management experience within infrastructure development, engineering, construction or oil & gas sectors.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, PMO-CP, NSE, COREN or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls and contract administration.
- Practical knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) project environments.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting processes.
- Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and document management systems.
