Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Ensure adherence to building regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of project planning, construction processes, and contract administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional certification or membership with a recognized architectural body is an added advantage
Remuneration: NGN 600,000
