We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil or building engineering to lead our projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and closure, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with team members and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including budget & personnel.
Requirements:
- BSc in civil or Building engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in building construction and project management.
- Proven project management skills, with a successful track record.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Project management certification. (PMP) will be an advantage.
- The Ideal candidate must reside on Lagos Island or close to the island.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil/Building Engineering
- Experience with project management software and tools.
