Job summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline delivery. Must reside in Lekki-Ajah and available to resume immediately.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for all assigned projects.
- Site & Team Management: Oversee contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, track variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction and finishing works comply with approved designs, BOQ, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular progress reports, risk updates, and financial status to senior management and clients.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety, and HSE.
- Procurement & Contracts: Manage procurement of materials/services, review contracts, and negotiate with suppliers/contractors.
- Project Closeout: Coordinate handover, snagging, documentation, and post-project evaluation to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field. PMP is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, BOQ, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in Lekki-Ajah and be available to resume immediately
