Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, content creators, marketers, etc.)
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify risks and provide solutions before things go sideways
- Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills (this one is non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing your mind
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset (we don’t do “I don’t know”)
