Responsibilities:
- Pre-construction planning and coordination.
- Engineering design oversight.
- Site supervision and construction management.
- Contract administration and management.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Risk identification, management, and problem-solving.
- Resource allocation and utilization.
- Government liaison and regulatory compliance.
- Project delivery monitoring and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- BSC in Civil Engineering.
- Must be registered with COREN/NSE.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Firm, assertive, and professional personality.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and project management.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
