Project Engineer(MEP)

Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and MEP design documents to understand the project scope.
• Perform and verify quantity take-offs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Support the preparation of project budgets, cost breakdowns, and material schedules.
• Provide technical input during project planning, resource allocation, and work sequencing.
• Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, progress reports, and project updates.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Projects, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate information flow.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to improve project efficiency and cost optimization.
• Support the project team in resolving technical issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in MEP engineering, site coordination, or project execution.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to manage timelines, quality standards, and project deliverables
