Job Description


ACCOUNTABILITIES 
1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned projects
2. Monitor compliance in all areas
3. Communicate effectively during daily interactions with the clients and users to interpret their needs and requirements
4. Represent clients and users in the field
5. Maintain quality control in every area (budget, scheduling, planning, personnel performance, team dynamics)
6. Clearly report on project status
7. Delegate effectively to team; mentor team members
8. Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide needed assistance and technical support
9. Review engineering deliverables; initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle
10. Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with Site Engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the projects profitability.
11. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.

PERSON SPECIFICATION/JOB
 Significant working knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
 Proven success in the areas of project management and supervision

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (FH / TU)/ Current certifications in applicable skills a plus

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable capacity
