Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution (design, installation, testing, commissioning)
- Develop project scope, timelines, BOQs, and technical documentation
- Supervise technicians, installers, and field engineers
- Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, and building standards
- Oversee system integration (BMS, EMS, IoT, automation platforms)
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Support R&D and solution improvement initiative
Requirements:
- B.Eng/HND in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Electrical systems, Smart buildings/automation, Energy systems or IoT projects
- Strong understanding of Power systems, Automation protocols (WiFi, Zigbee, KNX, Modbus, BACnet), Energy monitoring systems
- Project management experience
- Ability to read and produce technical drawings
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
