Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Delivery Lead in the Digital Banking division, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital banking projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and managing stakeholder communication. The role requires expertise in managing project lifecycles, preparing regular reports, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance digital banking services. While the position is based in the Lagos office, flexible work-from-home arrangements will be incorporated as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience with digital banking platforms, payment solutions, and electronic transaction processing
• Technical knowledge of multi-channel solutions such as mobile, web, ATM, and POS platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
• Strong interpersonal, team coordination, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and project management software
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in the financial technology sector is an advantage
