Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of construction projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct site inspections ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare and present progress reports and risk analyses to management and clients.
- Ensure project compliance with Lagos State building regulations and HSE standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./B.Eng. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
- 5–7 years of construction project management experience.
- PMP, COREN, or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD & relevant project scheduling tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
