Role Description The Project Architect role at DESIGN CATALOGUE is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki. The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural design from concept through construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project goals, codes, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include developing design solutions, producing drawings and models, preparing submittals, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role involves overseeing project timelines, supporting contract administration, conducting site visits, and monitoring construction progress to ensure design intent is maintained. The Project Architect will also contribute to sustainable design strategies and continuous improvement of internal design and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, including proficiency in relevant design and documentation software.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch,)
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing, with the ability to resolve design and site issues.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience delivering projects in residential, commercial, or institutional sectors.
