Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across project and business functions, including:
- Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Support project documentation, records management, and document control processes.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status reports.
- Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, expense monitoring, and related administrative activities.
- Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with business development initiatives and social media administration.
- Provide general office administration and operational support.
- Support compliance documentation, record keeping, and organizational filing systems.
- Assist in coordinating project-related communications and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration,Project Management, Estate Management, Accounting, Economics, Mass Communication or related disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technology-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
- Must reside in Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Sangotedo, or nearby locations.
Added Advantage:
- Candidates with knowledge or experience in any of the following will have an added advantage Canva, Zoho Books, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Project, AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and other workplace automation platforms
- Basic project coordination or administrative experience
