SUMMARY:
The Project Admin Intern will provide reliable, accurate, efficient and professional Project administration and coordination support to the Project Coordinator.
This internship provides a pathway to permanent employment.
Office Location: Ogudu/Ojota, Lagos (Residential proximity to this office is an added advantage)
Work model: Onsite
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Project Team. This includes processing travel requests, typing letters, creating documents, scanning and email, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Frequent internal communication with other departments professionally.
- Provide support linked to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Project team and the Company.
- Updating required databases and systems, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare timely and accurate project-related reports including contracted business, commenced business, project pipeline and other departmental reports.
- Receive, register, scan and track vendors’ invoices and approvals
- To ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained always.
- To perform any other duty as directed by line management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Tertiary degree preferred.
