Job summary
We are looking to hire a Projects Administrator based in the Ibadan-Mokola Axis to support the execution of multiple projects by handling coordination, documentation, and follow-through on day-to-day actions.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of multiple projects by handling coordination, documentation,
- Manage project logistics (scheduling meetings, tracking attendance, supporting travel/field arrangements).
- Maintain project files (reports, minutes, trackers, approvals).
- Support basic project finance/admin proces—raise requests, track expenses/receipts
- Coordinating vendors and keeping status updates current in our tools (e.g., ClickUp/Sheets).
Requirements:
- Degree
- 5+ years experience
