Programme / Communication Officer
Job summary
The Programme / Communication Officer will play a central role in coordinating the Academys programmes and managing its communication outputs. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, creative, and capable of translating scientific and policy work into accessible content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise webinars, conferences, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics and support the execution of Academy programmes.
- Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters.
- Develop and curate content for the Academy's social media platforms.
- Translate outcomes of Academy programmes into engaging communication materials.
- Draft policy briefs based on research outputs of the Academy.
- Support visibility and dissemination of the Academy's activities and impact.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Public Health or a similar health-related discipline.
- A Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related discipline.
- Proven experience in programme coordination and/or science communication.
- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in policy and technical communication.
- Experience managing digital platforms and social media content.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with research translation and policy engagement.
- Creative content development skills (Basic graphics design).
- Basic proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress), including uploading and managing web content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
