Role Description
Program Manager in a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising technology platform—focuses on coordinating complex, interconnected projects to streamline the buying, planning, monitoring and measurement of billboard and other OOH media campaigns. The role acts as a bridge between making execution of OOH as easy as digital.
Core Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Execution: Overseeing multiple related projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and align with company-wide goals.
- Product/Platform Focus (DSP): Defining the roadmap and strategy for Demand Side Platform (DSP), including managing real-time bidding (RTB) protocols and translating digital standards (OpenRTB) into OOH.
- Technical & Operational Liaison: Working closely with engineering, product, and supply teams to integrate OOH/DOOH screens, manage inventory forecasting, and PMP deal creation.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks across projects.
- Process Improvement: Developing and implementing methodologies to improve workflow efficiency, such as building out, auditing, and optimizing campaign certification programs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Providing regular status updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership and external partners.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelors in Computer Scienceplus 5+ years of experience in ad ops, software development or program management, with ability to understand API, system architecture, and data pipelines and proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, using tools like SQL to interpret data, and re-allocating spend to improve ROI.
