Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of organizational programs and activities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the planning and implementation of organizational programs and projects
2. Monitor program activities to ensure objectives are achieved effectively.
3. Prepare program reports, work plans, and activity updates.
4. Liaise with stakeholders, partners, volunteers, and community members.
5. Assist in budget tracking and resource management for programs.
6. Maintain proper program documentation and records.
7. Support the development of new initiatives and partnerships.
8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safeguarding standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field.

Experience in TB/HIV/Malaria programs coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel within and outside the State

Experience in community development or humanitarian programs is an added advantage
