JOB SPECIFICATION

• Position Title: Installation Operations Manager
• Location: Lekki Phase 1,Lagos 
• Salary: N300,000 per month 
• Driver’s license required 

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client a premium interior finishes company importing high-quality wallpapers and architectural moldings from Europe is seeking an Installation Operations Manager who will oversee and coordinate all wallpaper and molding installation projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

This person is responsible for managing installers, supervising site activities, and maintaining installation excellence that aligns with premium brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A.   Team Management

• Supervise and manage installation teams

• Recruit and train new installers when needed

• Ensure installers follow company quality standards

• Enforce safety procedures and professional conduct

B.   Project Coordination

• Schedule installation dates with clients

• Coordinate logistics (materials, tools, transport)

• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines

• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues

C.   Quality Control

• Inspect completed jobs before handover

• Ensure clean finishing and brand-standard delivery

• Handle installation complaints and corrections

D.   Client Communication

• Serve as point of contact during installation

• Provide updates to clients and management

• Ensure smooth and professional client experience

E.   Reporting & Documentation

• Submit weekly installation reports

• Track installer performance

• Monitor material usage and reduce waste

REQUIREMENTS

a.    Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction, interior finishing, or related field

b.    Experience managing technical teams

c.    Strong understanding of wallpaper/molding installation (preferred)

d.    Good communication skills

e.    Problem-solving mindset

f.     Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
