Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Musician located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Professional Musician will be responsible for performing live music, composing and arranging music pieces, rehearsing regularly, and collaborating with other musicians or performers. Additional responsibilities include participating in recordings, representing the organization at events, and continually improving proficiency in musical instruments or vocals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments and/or vocal performance
- Skills in composing, arranging, and reading music notations
- Ability to collaborate with other musicians and artists effectively
- Strong understanding and experience in live performance and stage presence
- Flexibility and adaptability to diverse musical genres and styles
- Attention to detail, ability to improvise, and excellent creative thinking skills
- A formal degree in music or equivalent professional experience is a plus
- Commitment to continuous skill development and learning
