Covek Properties is seeking a proactive and experienced human resources officer to manage and oversee all HR functions within the organisation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies, rules, and labour regulations, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Post job openings and source candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select qualified applicants
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Handle workplace conflicts and grievances
- Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs
- Support employee career growth and development plans
- Conduct workshops and performance improvement sessions
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) and good knowledge of the Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding and staff management.
