Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following assigned routes.
- Maintain a clean, well-kept, and roadworthy vehicle at all times.
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely service to all customers.
- Use the company mobile app to manage ride requests, navigation, and payments.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Report any incidents, maintenance issues, or customer feedback promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
- A minimum of NCE.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Smartphone (Android / iOS)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Courteous, punctual and safety-conscious
- Smartphone proficiency and ability to use navigation apps (Google Maps).
