Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to SDDTIF Kitchen standards
- Plan menus and introduce new dishes when required
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
- Supervise kitchen assistants and other kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages
- Reduce food waste and control kitchen costs
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Ensure timely preparation of meals, especially during peak hours
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a Diploma
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
