Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily production.
- Ensure all products consistently meet standards.
- Enforce food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, cleaning, temperature control, and HACCP procedures.
- Monitor production costs, yields, ingredient usage, wastage, spoilage, and losses while implementing cost-saving measures.
- Inventory management, Documentation & Reporting to the CEO.
- SOP Compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
