Responsibilities:
- Wash, sort, and prep fruits, vegetables, and proteins for production.
- Assist in juicing, blending, bottling, labeling, and salad assembly.
- Ensure recipes and portion sizes are followed
- Check product quality and freshness before and during production.
- Record ingredient usage and report shortages.
- Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
