Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
- Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards.
- Manage production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor the use of packaging materials to minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Coordinate with inventory and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product restocking.
- Identify production challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly utilized and maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
