Production Supervisor for Seedling Cultivation Factory

Production Management:

• Receive production plans and reasonably allocate production tasks to each workstation or employee to ensure daily/weekly production targets are completed on time and in full.
• Keep real-time control of production progress; promptly identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting the production flow to ensure smooth line operations.
• Continuously improve production efficiency by optimizing workflows, improving workstation layout, and reducing unnecessary movements and waiting time.
• Ensure timely supply of required materials, tools, and fixtures to avoid line stoppages or congestion due to shortages or overstock.

Quality Management:

• Supervise employees to strictly follow trained operating procedures.
• Conduct regular in-process quality inspections to promptly identify quality abnormalities.
• Perform preliminary analysis, identification, and isolation of quality issues (non-conforming products), and participate in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote the importance of quality within the team and cultivate a “do it right the first time” mindset.

Management:

• Responsible for shift scheduling, daily attendance, and handover arrangements for team members.
• Provide operational skills and safety training for new employees; conduct multi-skill training for existing employees to improve overall team capability.
• Patrol the site, correct non-standard operations, and provide necessary technical guidance.
• Record employee performance and provide routine performance feedback; communicate promptly with team members to understand concerns, resolve work conflicts, and enhance team cohesion.
• Maintain workshop discipline and ensure company rules and regulations are enforced.

Workplace Environment Maintenance: 

• Responsible for organizing, setting in order, cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas to create a tidy, orderly, and safe working environment.

Communication & Reporting:

• Accurately convey management instructions, meeting outcomes, and production directives; timely report frontline conditions, employee suggestions, and issues to supervisors.
• Complete production daily reports, quality records, attendance sheets, and other forms to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Compensation: 

• The salary is 4500 NGN per day, with an attendance bonus of 5000 NGN per month.
• The company will provide accommodation and a working meal.

Requirements:

• Minimum BSC
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
