Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily production processes and ensuring strict adherence to quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Conducting routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products
- Maintaining accurate production and quality records
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and relevant safety regulations.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting any production or quality-related issues
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in production or quality control, preferably within the food or FMCG sector
- Good knowledge of quality control systems, standards, and documentation
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
