Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of bridal and occasion wear.
- Coordinate daily workshop activities and optimize production capacity.
- Serve as the technical link between creative designs and garment production.
- Supervise pattern drafting, draping, fittings, and garment construction.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure couture-level finishing and craftsmanship.
- Manage inventory of premium fabrics, laces, embellishments, and production materials.
- Monitor material usage, reduce waste, and forecast inventory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate tailors, pattern drafters, and workshop staff.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Monitor production costs and ensure operations remain within budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Hnd.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
