Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently and on schedule
- Plan, organize, and monitor production workflows for optimal output
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Supervise production staff and drive team performance
- Reduce downtime, material waste, and production delays
- Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and warehousing.
- Monitor machine utilization and ensure equipment is functioning effectively
- Prepare production reports and provide regular operational updates
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and cost efficiency
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and adherence to company procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar senior production role within a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process management
- Ability to lead teams effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong reporting, organizational, and communication skills
- Must reside in Lagos, preferably Shomolu or nearby areas
