- Responsible for production of bread, cakes and pastries.
- Organising production staff, setting daily production targets and managing critical materials.
- Responsible for quality control and ensuring high-quality nutritional taste.
- Manage production equipment, raw materials and staff in the most efficient manner.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bakery and food processing company.
- A minimum of an HND in food technology, microbiology, biochemistry or a related discipline with practical experience.
