Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production cycles, line schedules, and machine operators to ensure target output meets quality standards.
- Monitor raw material utilization, minimize downtime, and reduce operational waste.
- Conduct regular process audits, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and enforce factory safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the quality and technical teams to troubleshoot production delays or equipment failures.
- Maintain complete daily batch records, production yields, and downtime logging reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
