Production Associate

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit video and photo content for client campaigns and brand projects
• Support the production team end to end from pre-production through to final delivery
• Set up and manage lighting rigs for shoots across various environments
• Handle sound design and audio setup on set and in post-production
• Apply basic colour grading to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables
• Maintain a consistent visual style and identity across all content produced
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage client and stakeholder expectations professionally
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts during briefing and production planning sessions

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video and photo production
• Strong videography and photography skills with the ability to both shoot and edit
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Experience with lighting setup for studio and location shoots
• Knowledge of sound design and basic audio production
• Basic colour grading skills
• A strong eye for visual style, composition, and brand consistency
• Client and stakeholder management experience
• A portfolio demonstrating the range and quality of your work (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• A collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team
