Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cutting, sewing, finishing, and garment production activities.
- Interpret design specifications and production requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Handle fabrics and materials efficiently to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Report production issues and support workflow improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile Technology, or a related field (or relevant vocational training).
- 1–3 years' experience in garment production or a similar role.
- Good understanding of garment construction and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
