Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cutting, sewing, finishing, and garment production activities.
• Interpret design specifications and production requirements.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Handle fabrics and materials efficiently to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Report production issues and support workflow improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in fashion design, garment production, textile technology, or a related field (or relevant vocational training).
• 1–3 years' experience in garment production or a similar role.
• Good understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
