We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for creating clear and engaging interfaces, as well as producing supporting graphics that enhance user engagement, usability, and brand consistency across platforms.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI component library
- Produce graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets for both web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for different screen sizes and devices
- Convert design concepts into interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Maintain brand identity and design consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphics Designer, or Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
- Mastery of design tools such as *Figma*, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 (for better collaboration with developers)
- Strong visual design skills with an excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Ability to present design concepts and defend decisions with rationale
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
