Product (UI/UX) Design Online Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging content that integrates both theoretical insights and practical applications in UI/UX design.
• Facilitate classes, workshops, and group discussions in a virtual environment.
  
• Mentor participants, providing guidance and support through their learning journey.
  
• Ensure content is relevant and incorporates the latest technological advancements.
  
• Evaluate participant progress through assignments and projects.
  
• Work closely with a team to continuously enhance the learning experience.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design within a dynamic environment, working on a diverse range of digital products.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a solid foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and ideation.
  
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and other relevant software.
  
• Knowledge of web and mobile app development processes and technologies, as it pertains to design.
  
• Capacity to develop and deliver high-quality, engaging educational content and to adjust teaching strategies based on learner needs.
  
• Experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus, preferably in a tech-focused setting.
  
• Comfortable using and teaching with digital tools and platforms, capable of managing virtual classrooms and online learning management systems.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage time effectively and work remotely.
  
• Minimum Academic Qualification: OND
  

Location: Full-time Remote

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 900,000  depending on the scope of work and experience
